Fathers Brewing

For Fathers Brewing, I shot, directed, and produced a collection of short video pieces shaped around the emotional world of their signature beer, The Lager. Fathers is a Bay Area brewery grounded in clean, organic beer—made to feel light, honest, and rooted in place. That clarity informed the tone of the campaign, where the focus sits not on the product alone but on the environment and people who give it meaning.

I centered the East Bay as the film’s vocabulary—its trails, textures, and quiet corners—using familiar landscapes to anchor the brand’s sense of home. Cut together, the pieces form a loose collage of reels that feel like a glimpse into a short story: fleeting scenes, gestures, and moments that hint at a larger narrative unfolding just outside the frame. The result is a series that positions The Lager within the rhythms of everyday life—nature, companionship, and the small rituals that define the Bay.
