FASHION DESIGNER

Created, designed, and managed clothing projects and collections. Not only have I learned advanced skills in pattern making, garment construction, and production planning, but also skills in management and creative direction.

SIGNED MODEL FOR AMR AGENCY

As a model for AMR I am tasked with displaying and promoting clothing, accessories, and other products in advertisements. I also regularly collaborate with other designers, stylists, and beauticians in the production of campaigns and photoshoots.

UNDERGRADUATE AT UC BERKELEY

Graduated Edward R. Murrow High school as a honors student with an Advanced Regents Diploma. Attending the University of California, Berkeley being the first student from Murrow High school to be accepted to the university in 15+ years.

INTERN AT THE COSTUME INSTITUTE & TEEN PROGRAMS

A 6-week paid internship in The Met's Costume Institute, studying and working in all aspects of fashion within the museum. After finishing the 6-week program, I was invited back as an intern in the education department where I worked on bringing teenagers from all backgrounds to come experience art at The Met.

STYLING DIRECTOR

Intern in the Styling department of Fashion and Student Trends At UC Berkeley in Spring 2024. As a Styling Intern I work alongside the styling team in the production of the largest fashion show in the Bay Area.

PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM

A member of UC Berkeley’s art, style, culture magazine made by and for Black Students. As a part of the photography Team, I was tasked with planning, directing, and conducting photo shoots for publication each semester.

BUSINESS & INNOVATION FELLOW

A member of UC Berkeley’s premier consulting organization that focuses on creating innovative solutions at the intersection of consulting, business, fashion, and beauty. As a part of the Business and Innovation Fellowship, I took part in a 12-week educational curriculum focused on professional development and mentorship opportunities.

ARTSLIFE INTERN & TEEN COUNCIL MEMBER

I was one of the ten applicants selected out of 400+ applicants to intern at the Museum of Art and Design. The paid 6-week program provided me with an in-depth understanding of both the public facing and behind the scenes functions at the museum. Throughout the internship we completed multiple projects that not only expanded my knowledge of art and design, but also taught me skills on taking initiative.

Highly selective 5 day workshop in Washington DC uniting latino teens from across the United States Focused on leadership training, political empowerment, and mentorship.

PRINTING CLUB PRESIDENT

President of the Printing Club at Edward R. Murrow where I both learned and taught the fundamentals of screen printing and a variety of other printing techniques.

HIGH SCHOOL DEBATE TEAM CAPTAIN

Competed in NYC Urban Debate League debating on public forum topics against other teams. Qualified for city championships as a Freshman in highschool.

Starting Middle Blocker and Captain of the Varsity Volleyball team at my high school. Practiced and played with Impact 18's Black Thunder AUU team. Attended tournaments and play high-level, competitive volleyball.

ACTIVIST

A member of the bike life community in New York City. I take part in ride outs and fundraisers that advocate for social issues such as the Black Lives Matter Movement and climate change.

SKATER

I have been skateboarding for almost 5 years now. Skateboarding has really helped shaped me into the person I am today. It has taught me skills of perseverance, problem-solving, and self motivation.
